Non Compliance Observed Diaper changing procedures were not posted in infant classroom or 1 year old classroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will post the diaper changing procedures at each diaper changing area. Licensing will send extra posters for posting. The program posts OKDHS Publication No. 14-04 - Diaper Changing Procedures, where individuals can read the publication while changing diapers. Required master teachers
Non Compliance Observed Program only has 1 qualified master teacher with a requirement of 2.
