Non Compliance Observed One staff member employed more than 90 days has not completed ELCCT training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The staff member is currently in the process of completing this training. Program will actively monitor the staff members professional development to ensure they have the necessary trainings completed. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. The program is going to obtain two staff members with Director's credentials so that they will always have one staff member with an ODC. Inappropriate sleep environment
Non Compliance Observed One infant was observed asleep in a bouncer. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct This was corrected during the visit when the staff member moved the infant to appropriate rest equipment. The program will go over procedures of safe sleep for infants and make sure all staff members are up to date on these requirements. Program Director will make sure to monitor the classrooms to ensure this is being followed. Regulation Description When an infant falls asleep in equipment other than appropriate rest equipment, the infant is immediately moved to appropriate rest equipment. Plan to Correct Date 2025-05-14

Non Compliance Observed The impact material under the dome measures to be 4 inches in depth, but is required to be 6 inches in depth. The program will add more impact material to make sure it is 6 inches in depth. The program will ensure the impact material remains at 6 inches in depth as required.
