Non Compliance Observed One staff member employed more than 12 months has an expired PDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff member will reapply for PDL on CECPD Registry and will ensure they have 5 additional training hours. Program will ensure trainings are complete two months before PDL expiration and apply as soon as the PDL opens. Regulation Description Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed One staff member employed more than 90 days has not completed ELCCT. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program Director bought this training for the staff member several weeks ago, but they did not get the training complete. This staff members last day at the program is 1/22/25, as she recently put in her 2 week notice. Program Director will ensure that staff completes the course they are enrolled in within 90 days by checking with the staff member weekly to see where they are at on completing the training. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. However, this training is not required when previously received, unless the individual has not been employed at a licensed program within the last five years. Plan to Correct Date 2025-02-08
CPR and first aid

Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program will enroll staff member in a CPR training prior to their 90 days of employment. Program director will make sure all new staff members are enrolled in a CPR course prior to their 90 days of employment. Director will make sure staff members complete the course timely. Regulation Description CPR and first aid. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications are age-appropriate for the children's ages accepted into care and are from approved sources listed on the OPDR website. In addition to CPR and first aid certification requirements for individuals in (A) through (B) of this subsection, other position specific CPR and first aid certification requirements are also met, per OAC 340:110-3-284.1 through 340:110-3-284.4.
