Non Compliance Observed SERIOUS: Licensing observed infant asleep in swing. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Infant was removed from swing while Licensing was present. Director will remove swing from infant room. Director will speak with staff about safe sleep and will be putting big red signs on equipment stating children are not allowed to sleep in equipment. In the future Director states she will make sure all staff are following guidelines. Regulation Description Infants sleep in cribs or play yards that meet the requirements per OAC 340:110-3-302(b), with the sides fully raised and secured. Plan to Correct Date 2024-12-13
