Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that program did not have a current Fire Inspection at this time and inspection had expired on 7/20/23. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director will have owner call Fire Dept and schedule inspection immediately and will set a reminder in order to ensure that inspections are done on time. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that there are four employees ( N.S employed 6/8/21; K.K. employed 1/3/22; L.S. employed 5/12/22; A.S. employed 2/7/22) that have been employed over 12 months that do not have a current OPDL at this time. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director states that she will have all employees sign up for one 20 hr class and apply as soon as possible and will ensure that employees start renewing pdl's on time by having hours 3 mths early. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
