Non Compliance Observed One teaching personnel that has been employed longer than 12 months, has an expired PDL certificate. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have teacher apply for renewal. Moving forward, Director will ensure all staff have a current PDL certificate within 12 months of their hire date, and annually there after according to expiration date on the PDL certificate. Non Compliance Observed Two teaching personnel that have been employed with the program for more than 90-calendar days, have not completed ELCCT training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have teacher complete ELCCT training. Moving forward, director will ensure all staff have completed ELCCT training within 90 calendar days of their hire date. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
