Non Compliance Observed Serious Non-Compliance. Licensing and Child Welfare observed one child was left alone in the classroom while the teacher took the other children to the restrooms. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director stated she will reinforce that the teachers need to count the children in the classroom, down the hall and in the bathroom to ensure they have all the children. Director stated, in the future, all children will be counted when walking down the hall to ensure all children are with their class. Regulation Description Supervision.
