Ratios
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 1 personnel with 10 children, including 3 infants and 7 one year old's. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Corrected at time of visit. A plan of correction was also established on 4/14/25. Director will ensure staff know to not accept any children into care when they are at maximum capacity for their age groups in order to maintain ratios. Director will monitor ratios closely throughout the day and ensure the staff in charge monitors ratios closely throughout the day to ensure all ratios are maintained per teaching personnel. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2025-04-15

Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed breakfast and milk to be sitting on the diaper changing table at time of visit. Director will ensure all staff are aware to not place any objects or food items on diaper changing table at all times.
