Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed the 2yr old classroom to not have any sheets covering the cots while children were resting. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have a staff meeting with all the teachers about ensuring cots have cot sheets prior to nap time each day. Bottle-feeding
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 2 bottles to have been drank with no labels of the child's full name. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have a discussion sheet with the infant teacher about labeling all bottles. Water supply
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed water tests for nitrates and lead to be expired at time of visit. Nitrates expired on 5/4/24 and lead expired on 3/23/24. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will obtain the water tests by 9/19/24 and send to licensing. Director will ensure she obtains all water tests by the time they are due and maintains them on site. Regulation Description non-public water supply, such as well water, meeting local and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) testing requirements. The program obtains at least total coliform bacteria, nitrate, and lead test results every 12 months from a DEQ accredited drinking water laboratory.
