The program had the staff present leave immediately after licensing address the non-compliance. The program put another staff in the classroom who had a complete background check. In the future the program will ensure all working staff has current background checks.

Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

The program will get the vehicle current with up to date registration and tags, and will ensure the vehicle has current insurance present at the program and in the vehicle. The program will not use this vehicle until registration, tags, and insurance are current and documentation has been submitted to licensing. Once this is completed, the program will ensure that any vehicle used to transport children has current registration, tags, and insurance at all times.
