Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed One teaching personnel working alone with infants has not obtained safe sleep training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Teaching personnel began safe sleep training course during today's visit and will send documentation to licensing. Another staff with safe sleep training entered the room in the mean time. The program will ensure all staff working with infants have completed safe sleep training prior to entering the room. Non Compliance Observed The program has one staff who meets master teacher qualifications with a capacity of 120. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The program is working on hiring master teachers or naming staff as probationary master teachers. The program will work on this and keep licensing updated. The program will ensure the required number of master teachers are on staff at all times. Regulation Description Required master teachers. At least one master teacher is required for every 60 children of the licensed capacity. Only the required number of master teachers are required to meet all of the master teacher requirements.
