Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed program to not have obtained a current immunization record for one child enrolled. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program contacted parent, and will send an updated shot record today. Program will ensure that they obtain current immunization records for each child prior to enrollment. Regulation Description Immunization records. CPR and first aid
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one teaching personnel to not have obtained approved CPR/First Aid training within 90 days of employment. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will get staff signed up for the next available age appropriate (pediatric) CPR/First Aid training. Director will ensure all staff obtain age appropriate (pediatric) CPR/First Aid training within 90 days and maintain it. Regulation Description CPR and first aid.
