Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:
- Previous non-compliances: 1) First toilet in the boy's bathroom, closest to the door, is not operable. This has been corrected and toilet is working now. 2) Center has sour smell throughout the entire building. This has been corrected, carpets have been steam cleaned and center smells fresh and clean.
