Non Compliance Observed One infant room ceiling light, one lunchroom ceiling light and the main hallway ceiling light located by the front entrance are not working. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel in charge stated the lights have been repaired before and are not working again. Personnel in charge stated she will let the owner/director know the lights need to be repaired. In the future, the ceiling lights will be in working order as required. Maintenance of facility
Non Compliance Observed Lunchroom has 5 tiles peeling up by the half door entrance and two more tiles peeling up by the south wall of the lunchroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel in charge stated the owner/director has talked about replacing the floor in the lunchroom Personnel in charge will let owner/director know that the tiles need to be replaced.
