Non Compliance Observed Child didn't wash hands, staff didn't wash hands, and changing table was not sanitized after a child's diaper change, before moving on to the next child's change. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will hold staff meeting to remind all staff. Director will review procedures with the staff. For future compliance, Director will walkthrough daily to remind staff of procedures. Regulation Description per to Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix KK – Diaper Changing Procedures.
