Non Compliance Observed There were 5 classrooms with out of date lesson plans. Three lesson plans were from April and two were from May. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct During the visit updated lesson plans were posted. In the future, the program will ensure that weekly lesson plans are current. Non Compliance Observed An infant laying in her crib had a bib around her neck. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The director removed the bib from the infant.
