Non Compliance Observed The last Physical Environment Checklist was completed 8-24-22. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Licensing will email Program Director the Physical Environment Checklist on 10-24-23. Program Director stated the new Physical Environment Checklist will be completed by the due date & she will email Child Care Licensing a copy of the new form. Program Director will set a reoccurring calendar reminder to complete a new Physical Environment Checklist. Regulation Description Physical environment checklist. Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder
Non Compliance Observed Staff employed over twelve months have an expired OK-PDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct The Staff member reapplied for their OK-PDL on 9-23-23 & has completed their required training hours. Program Director will review each staff member's OK-PDL renewal date & remind staff 60 days from their expiration date to reapply for their OK-PDL. Non Compliance Observed Three Master Teachers are required for minimum requirements. The Program has two qualified Master Teachers. This Master Teacher reapplied for their OK-PDL on 9-23-23 & has completed their required training hours. Once the OK-PDL is renewed, the Program will have the required amount of Master Teachers. Program Director will review each staff member's OK-PDL renewal date & remind staff 60 days from their expiration date to reapply for their OK-PDL. Regulation Description Required master teachers. At least one master teacher is required for every 60 children of the licensed capacity. Only the required number of master teachers are required to meet all of the master teacher requirements.
