Non Compliance Observed At the time of Licensing's visit, the program did not have documentation of the fire extinguishers having been inspected and tagged in the past 12 months by a state licensed authority. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The program will contact the service that she uses and ask them to come out and service. In the future, the program will make sure that all fire extinguishers are serviced at least once a year. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed At the time of Licensing's visit, the program had a one year old and older classroom that had 7 children with four of those children being 1 year of age with 1 teacher counting in ratio. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Corrected at time of visit, the program put the owner into the one's and older classroom bringing the classroom back into ratio. In the future, the program will pay closer attention to the various public school schedules and the number of the youngest age of children in the classroom before sending a child into a room. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2022-12-19
