Non Compliance Observed One staff member employed more than 90 days has an CPR/1st Aid credential. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff member is going to take the next available CPR class which is scheduled for 5/2/25. Program director has a staff tracking form that she completes and tracks progress, and the program will make sure that all staff members are scheduled for CPR training one month prior to it expiring. Regulation Description CPR and first aid. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications are age-appropriate for the children's ages accepted into care and are from approved sources listed on the OPDR website.
