Non Compliance Observed On 7/8/25 a child was left unattended for 2 minutes on the playground in the rain. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: Yes Plan to Correct Provider advised she will be going out to the playground with the rooms as well make sure Teachers are doing name to face when leaving an area. Provider understands requirements when Supervising. Provider will be providing a training for teachers and will have conversations with the teachers. Provider terminated two staff members due to the incident. Provider will reinforce supervision for outdoor play including weather changes. Regulation Description Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed.
