Non Compliance Observed The maximum group size has been exceed in the infants classroom. There are 9 children with eight infants and one 1 year old. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The program will reopen the infant classroom next door and move several children into this room in order to meet group sizes. The program will ensure all classrooms are meeting ratio/group sizes. Regulation Description Groups and group sizes. Light level
Non Compliance Observed 2 classrooms where children are resting do not have accurate light levels to see children's faces. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Teaching personnel turned out a small light in each room classroom in order to meet light levels.
