Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a classroom out of ratio. The classroom had 9:1 with 1 one year old. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The program corrected the non-compliance during the visit. Non Compliance Observed CCS designee reported serious ratio non-compliance upon arrival for STARS visit. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director stated that she will be present, and ensure that staff members are not leaving their classroom. The staff members will be getting wrote up if they do step out of their classroom. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
