Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 2 teaching personnel to not have maintained a current PDL within 12 months. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director has already submitted PDLs. Director stated she will be more diligent in submittin PDLs on time prior to expiring and will ensure the PDLs get approved. Regulation Description Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 2 personnel to not have completed the ELCCT training within 90 days of employment. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will check with personnel and have them complete the ELCCT training if they have not already done so and submit certificates. Director will ensure all personnel having worked at the program for over 90 days of employment have completed the ELCCT training. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
