Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 1 staff to have been employed for over 12 months to not have obtained at least 12 hours of training to maintain a current OPDL at time of visit. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff has a training for 6hrs scheduled for 5/3/25. Staff will resubmit PDL application after the class on 5/3/25 to renew PDL. Director will ensure all staff maintain at least 12 hours of training per minimum licensing requirements every 12 months. Regulation Description Teaching personnel obtain at least the required number of professional development clock-hours to maintain a current OPDL certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF - Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder.
