Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director states that all returning families will have compliance forms sent out by end of next week and ensures that next year that she will send out forms earlier. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that one staff member who has been employed over twelve months does not have current OPDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director states that she will have staff member apply for OPDL immediately and ensures that she will watch employees accounts for expiration dates.
