Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will post the drill log to keep track of what check needs to be completed. Non Compliance Observed A staff working with children and employed since 2-25-25 does not have a completed background check or a background check status of in process. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Corrected during the visit the personnel submitted a criminal history review request form during the monitoring visit and as a result the personnel has an in process status. All new hired employees will have an in- process statues or complete fingerprint result before staring employment. Regulation Description Required individuals. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed Upon Licensing arriving at 7:00 am all children were in one classroom for which ratios were not met – 17 children, ages 1 and older with 2 staff, 4 children @ age 1. At 7:43 AM, the 3s and older classroom had 21 children with only one staff, four children @ age 3. At 8:53 AM, the infant room had six infants present with only one staff. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Corrected during the visit staff arrived during the morning transition and were able to comply by 9:48am. Director stated she will adjust schedules to make sure they have enough staff to cover if they have call ins. Director will inquire about calling substitutes and discuss options with her supervisor to avoid being out of ratio during daycare hours of operation. Ratios in the classroom will be met and always maintained, especially during the morning transition times. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
