Non Compliance Observed Three children did not have compliance file notifications. One child's compliance file notification was dated 8/15/2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Ms. Hillard printed out new forms during the visit and will have all parents fill them out upon child pick up today and tomorrow. In the future, Ms. Hillard will have all parents fill out the compliance file annually in September. Regulation Description Parents complete DHS forms every 12 months regarding insurance liability and the compliance file. Forms are maintained at the facility. ¢ 6 Plan to Correct Date 2025-10-10
Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed One staff hired on 5/29/2025 did not have ELCCT completed. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Staff will go home tonight and attempted to find her certificate. If staff is not able to find her certificate, Ms. Hillard will purchase the course tomorrow and have the staff begin the course tomorrow. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
