Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 1 personnel with an expired PDL. PDL expired on 7/15/24 and was submitted for renewal on 7/26/24. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have personnel submit PDL's 60 days prior to expiring. In the future the program will maintain requirements. Licensing observed 1 personnel that CPR/FA expired 4/21/24 and has not been obtained or maintained. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have any new personnel to obtain CPR/FA within 90 days of higher. Director will ensure that any personnel with CPR/FA expiring has obtained and maintained CPR/FA prior to CPR/FA expiring. Regulation Description Position specific professional development. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 2 walkers in the gym and one inside the program. Licensing asked personnel what the walkers were used for in the gym. Licensing was informed infants use them when in the gym. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director removed infant walkers into the gym storage. Director is aware that infant walkers are prohibited and will inspect the daycare after church use and remove any prohibited items located in areas used for daycare.
