Non Compliance Observed In the 1 Year and older group, no teacher was present upon arrival to the room. Also in the two and older group, no one was present in the room upon Licensing arrival to the room. Program will monitor classes during the day to ensure classrooms are not left unattended. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2024-03-11
