Non Compliance Observed Program did not notify Licensing within 24 hours of a child abuse investigation involving individuals living in the home and providing care. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct I understand the requirement to report allegation to DHS within 24 hours. I regret that I did not meet this timeline. They delay was not intentional but occurred while I was seeking legal guidance and managing an emotionally charged situation. The allegation was investigated and found to be unsubstantiated with no evidence of harm or risk to children. It appeared the report was made maliciously and stemmed from a personal conflict. To ensure compliance going forward I will consult with Licensing or legal advisors as needed. I will report any future concerns to DHS within 24 hours and I will also complete updated mandatory reporting training within 30 days. I will remain committed to compliance and the safety of every child.
