Non Compliance Observed Fence in front facing road has two large holes & fence in front of yard on right side has a large hole. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The children play in the backyard. Provider will make sure the children are supervised at all times until the fence is repaired. Provider completes daily playground checks & will make repairs when needed. Regulation Description A fence beginning at ground level and in good repair is required. Parent notifications
Non Compliance Observed Compliance File Notification overdue for 2 children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider will have parent/guardian complete a new Compliance File Notification today. Ms. Morris will provide Licensing verification. Provider will pick a specific date & complete new forms for all children.
