Non Compliance Observed Fence itself is in good repair, however the gate had been hit and was latched with a bungee cord. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The gate will be repaired by the end of the week. Ms. Morris stated they will ADD check the gate to the out door checklist to ensure all is in good repair. Regulation Description A fence beginning at ground level and in good repair is required.
