Non Compliance Observed One section of the fence is leaning. One board on the fence has come loose & there is a space large enough for a child to fit through. Provider will contact his maintenance worker to repair the fence. Regulation Description A fence beginning at ground level and in good repair is required. Non Compliance Observed Sippy cup in play pen with sleeping child over 12 months. Provider will make sure cups are not given to children in rest equipment.
