Non Compliance Observed Audit related to subsidy contact was conducted with caregiver on 10/6/2025. During this visit, current and complete written attendance records were not being kept or on file. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Daily written attendance records will be maintained for each child in care and include time in and time out. Moving forward, records will be accessible as requested by Licensing. Non Compliance Observed Five children's files are missing the Insurance Notification; Ten children's files are missing the Compliance File Notification.
