Non Compliance Observed Monthly drills were not documented for the month of March. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider stated she conducted the drills last month, but failed to document on the drill sheet. Provider documented on drill sheet during visit. Owner/Primary Caregiver will document the drills immediately after they are conducted so the drill sheet is current and maintained at all times. . Place to rest
Non Compliance Observed When worker arrived, a one year old was asleep in a swing. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Primary caregiver states she is going to remove the swing from the Large Family Child Care Home. Provider states all children will sleep in and on appropriate rest equipment at all times. Regulation Description Each child has an appropriately sized, individual place to rest, such as a crib, playpen, play yard, bed, cot, or mat, with clean, individual bedding. The place to rest is maintained in a clean, sanitary condition, and in good repair. Plan to Correct Date 2025-04-02
