Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed well water has not been tested annually. Last test was 12/07/2021. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Primary caregiver stated that spouse was supposed to have gotten in done and not sure if spouse had or not. Primary caregiver stated will get water testing done. Bottle water will be used for all daycare purposes such as cooking, drinking and handwashing. Regulation Description Water testing. Non Compliance Observed (Serious) Licensing observed two (2) gates leading to the pool from the outside play area unlocked and the single wooden gate on the north side of the house, by the double gates leading to the outside play area, unlocked. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Licensing locked gate for provider. In the future, provider stated will continue to do an outside check in the morning every day before opened hours and but the checklist with attendance records and set an alarm on her phone prior to opening to remind provider to perform outdoor safety checklist.
