Non Compliance Observed One adult living in the home does not have a background check; this has not been requested as of today and therefore does not show as being in process or complete. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Primary caregiver will close the program until the non-background checked adult living in the home has a background check showing in process. Primary caregiver made an appointment for this individual for 5/26/24 and will notify licensing once fingerprints are completed and background check application is submitted to OBI. Non Compliance Observed Primary caregiver does not have current FACPR training. Expired 5/31/2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Primary caregiver will enroll in and attend a FACPR class as soon as possible and will send certificate to licensing once completed. Primary caregiver will also ensure assistant caregiver, who has current FACPR training will be at the program at all times while children are in care.
