Non Compliance Observed No staff on site with CPR-First Aid from an approved source. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Provider stated she will take a CECPD approved on-line CPR-First Aid course today. Provider will provide Child Care Licensing verification that this has been completed. Provider understands that the Program can't open on 8-01-23 until this is completed. Provider will check CECPD to make sure the training is from an approved source. Regulation Description CPR and first aid are age-appropriate for the children's ages accepted into care and from approved sources listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website. Non Compliance Observed Two children with Compliance File & Insurance Notifications over 12 months old. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider will have the parents complete new forms today. Provider will send verification to Child Care Licensing. Provider will set a reminder to complete new forms every year. Regulation Description Parents complete OKDHS Forms 07LC045E, Insurance Notification, and 07LC046E, Compliance File Notification, every 12 months. Forms are maintained at the facility.
