Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that foster care was being provided in the home without a prior written approval from Licensing for each child placement. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Dual approval form was discussed and provider will fill out paperwork. Provider will ensure prior to enrolling any children, including her own, she will go through the dual approval process with Licensing for each child. Regulation Description Foster care. Smoke detectors
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed the play room to not have a smoke detector. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider will obtain an extra smoke detector from one of her other programs to install in playroom. Provider will ensure all rooms used for children have a smoke detector. Regulation Description Any room used for children's playing or sleeping, except the kitchen, has a smoke detector.
