Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that there was not a thermometer located in the refrigerator and the refrigerator did not have a built-in thermometer.. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for provider: Provider states that she will go to store and purchase a two new thermometer and she is going to ensure that thermometer is in every morning at start of day. Provider stated that the back-up thermometer will be in case the refrigerator thermometer should disappear again. Provider will take a picture and send to Licensing worker. Regulation Description Refrigerated foods are maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Stored frozen foods are maintained frozen. A thermometer is located in the refrigerator, unless equipped with functioning built-in thermometers. Plan to Correct Date 2024-01-10
Assistant caregiver
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that assistant caregiver (D.G.) does not have a current OPDL of Level 1 or higher and has been employed with the program since 7/22/2021. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for provider: Provider states that assistant has already taken an ELG class and she will have them apply for PDL immediately and provider ensures that she will track dates of PDL expiration in future.
