Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a broken glass panel on the door going to the backyard. Program has the outside cover by cardboard but broke glass is accessible on the inside. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel stated the broken glass occurred this morning and will make sure it is covered on the inside and fixed as soon as possible.
