Non Compliance Observed When Licensing arrived caregiver answered door then went to her bed room and returned with a 5 month old infant. Caregiver stated that she put the baby on the bed to answer the door. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Typed for provider: I will not take the infant back there any more. I will place the infant in a pack-n-play if I need to attend to something urgently. Regulation Description General. The caregiver is a responsible, mature, healthy adult capable of understanding and complying with licensing requirements, and meeting children's needs. The caregiver demonstrates prudent and responsible behavior reasonably ensuring children's health, safety, and well-being.
