Non Compliance Observed There is a provider that does not have current CPR/FA. The certificate expired 09/30/2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The assistant will complete CPR/FA immediately. In the future, the program will ensure that CPR/FA is kept current at all times. Non Compliance Observed There are two assistants, who have been hired longer than 12 months, that do not have current PDL certificates. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The assistants will have their PDL certificates renewed immediately. In the future, the program will ensure that PDL certificates are kept current.
