Non Compliance Observed CDA is not current. Licensing had observed that all classes were completed in April 2021, but information was not sent to council for them to renew thus it lapsed. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider is in contact with CDA council to get this corrected. She will also contact CECPD and turn in all verification to see if she can obtain a PDL level 4 or above. She will also contact Redlands Community Collage to check on scholars program, She will notify when this corrected. Regulation Description registers the program as a direct care organization and maintains information on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR); and Plan to Correct Date 2022-12-20
