Plan to Correct
Licensing contacted Oklahoma Registry and Applebaum Training Institute to see what PC needs to do in order to verify her training. In contacting Applebaum, it was stated they will verify the two remaining training completed by PC. Once Oklahoma Registry receives certificate of completion for food program training, those hours will be added. PC will send in her food program certificate to Oklahoma Registry to verify her training. In the future, PC will complete training hours timely to be able to maintain a current PDL as per requirements.
