Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed dirty floors throughout the house, with food particles, dust, dirt and random wrappers. Licensing observed an infestation of fruit flies in the kitchen and food preparation area. Insects were observed on the tile floor, where the children play. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct I will hang fly traps and make sure the back door is closed. We mop the floor at night, and mid day it gets dirty again.
