Primary caregiver will take this pet to get current rabies vaccination this weekend. Non Compliance Observed One personnel employed before June 1, 2022 has not obtained a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate yet. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Primary caregiver stated this personnel will get her training completed as soon as possible. This personnel has completed six hours at least and will submit her application to be issued an OPDL certificate. Primary caregiver will ensure all employees employed for longer than 12 months receive a OPDL level one or higher in the future.
