Follow up visits were conducted on 8/8/2025 and 10/14/2025 that found Ms. Mauro to be in compliance with ratios and infant safe sleep requirements. Ms. Mauro remains in compliance with ratios and infant safe sleep requirements. The adult living in the home now has a background check.
