Professional development requirements
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that one assistant care giver who has been employed since 7/1/2021 does not have a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Provider states that application has been made and that she ensures that employees will start completing training in timely manner. Regulation Description Assistant caregivers obtain at least the required number of professional development clock-hours to maintain a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF - Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder.
